To update your password, go to Update Password under the Account & Settings tab. You will need to enter your current password and then enter your new
password and confirm it. Passwords must have a minimum of 8 characters and are case sensitive.
Resetting a Password for a Customer/Employee
If your customer/employee has forgotten their password, they can go to your company subdomain and click on the "Forgot your password?" link. They will be promoted to enter their email address and a password reset email will then be sent to that email address.
The email will contain a link that they can click on to choose a new password. The reset link is only valid for 6 hours after it's been requested.
