Calculating & Recording Teacher Payments

Teacher earnings are calculated by Teachworks using the wages set for their lessons when the lessons are scheduled or edited. You can view your teacher's total hours and earnings and record a payment for those earnings by following these steps:

  1. Go to the Employees tab and click "Employee Hours"

  2. You can adjust the date range at the top of the page to view hours and earnings for a different time period.

  3. The Employee hours page will display all of your teacher's lessons, hours, earnings and payments.

  4. To view an individual teacher's lessons and hours, click the magnifying glass icon in the teacher's row.

  5. Checking the boxes next to the lessons will add up the lesson wages and add it to the teacher payment form. If you don't want to pay for certain lessons, you can leave the box next to the lesson unchecked.

  6. To record a payment confirm the payment total is correct and submit the payment form at the bottom of the page.
