Lesson notes emails are emails that can be sent after a teacher completes a lesson. Lesson notes can include details about the lesson as well as any notes entered by the teacher into the "Shared Notes" field. You can customize the Lesson Notes template by following the instructions here: Customizing Notification Templates.
To send lesson notes has the following two requirements:
The "Receive Lesson Notes" option is enabled on the student or family's profile.
The "Email Shared Notes" option must be checked when completing the lesson.
- You must set the "Send Lesson Notes" permission setting on the teacher's profile to "On" otherwise the "Email Shared Notes" check box will not be displayed on the complete lesson form.
