Service List

The service list contains all of the services, customer prices and wages for all of the services that you offer. When you schedule lessons, you will select the service which will be used to calculate student costs and tutor wages for the lessons. Using a list for setting prices and wages is efficient and reduces the chance of clerical errors. The service list can also be used to analyze your company data such as revenue, lessons, hours, etc by service type.

Your Service List can be found under the Account & Settings tab.

To add a new service follow these steps:

  1. From the Service List table, click the "Add Service" link in the sidebar.

  3. Enter the cost per hour that students billed per hour will be charged.

  4. Enter the wage per hour that teachers will earn.

Archiving a Service

It isn't possible to delete a service that's associated with a package. In this case, you can archive the service instead - this will remove the service from the service list when scheduling lessons. If the service is assigned as a default service for students, it will be removed automatically.

To archive a service, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Services List

2. Click the "Archive" icon to archive the service

To view archived services, click the "Archived Services" icon in the sidebar on the Services List.
