Setting Employee Non-Teaching Wages

Employee wages for non-teaching work such as preparation, office work or any other type of work that your teachers perform can be set using one of two methods:

  1. Use an hourly wage on the employee's profile that will be used when calculating the teacher's wage for a non-teaching event.

  2. Use the hourly wage in your Work List to calculate the teacher's wage for a non-teaching event.

To select either one of these options, follow these steps:

  1. Find the employee in the Employees table and click the pencil icon to go to the "Edit" form.

  2. Scroll down to the Wages section

  3. In the "Non-Teaching Wage Type" field select the method that you want to use.

  4. Save the form.
