1. Log into your admin account.
2. Go to the Account & Settings tab and click the "Integrations & Add-ons" option.
3. Find the Vehicle Manager add-on and click the "Enable" link.
Once enabled you'll find the following features in your account:
A Vehicles option will be added below your Account & Settings tab. You can click on this link to add, view, edit or delete your existing vehicles.
The form for adding and editing lessons will include a vehicle field so that you can select a vehicle to assign to a lesson.
The conflict checker will display any lesson conflicts for the vehicle that you select when scheduling lessons.
A Vehicle Calendar option will be displayed under the Calendar tab. This calendar displays the schedules for all of your vehicles in a single calendar.
The Main Calendar includes a vehicle filter in the sidebar, so that you can view the lessons for a single vehicle only.
The pop-up that appears when you click on a lesson will display the vehicle name, if a vehicle has been selected for the lesson.
